Applying for Regional Certifying Body (RCB) support
The Regional Certifying Body (RCB) assesses information provided by the employer against three criteria to form an opinion on the nominated position. The three criteria are established by the Department of Home Affairs:
• Genuine need;
• Labour market - position cannot be filled locally; and
• Employment conditions.
Applying for RCB support
Please ensure you have read the RCB guidelines to check your eligibility before you apply. A non-refundable $300 service fee is charged for processing applications for RCB support.
• Employers intending to lodge an application for RCB support must create an 'Employer account'
• Migration agents lodging an application on behalf of a client must create an 'Agency account.'
